Paying for your cleaning should be as easy as the cleaning itself. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle payments — no surprises, no confusion.
We offer multiple ways to pay for your cleaning service:

There are two payment models depending on the method:
We will always clarify the payment timing before confirming your booking.
The final price is always communicated and confirmed before the service starts. The amount you agree to is the amount you pay — no hidden charges, no surprise fees. If additional work is needed beyond the agreed scope, we will discuss the extra cost with you before proceeding.
For online payments, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. For cash payments, you can request a digital receipt via WhatsApp after the service is completed.
When you pay in cash, the helper collects the payment on behalf of CLEANTEAM Private Limited. The helper is responsible for delivering the full amount to us. Any issue with cash payments should be reported to us immediately.
If an online payment fails or is deducted but not confirmed, contact us immediately with the transaction details. We will verify the transaction and ensure either the payment is confirmed or the amount is returned to you.
We do not store your bank details, card numbers, or UPI IDs. All online transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We only keep a record of the transaction for reference.
For certain services (such as deep cleaning or large-area cleaning), we may request a partial advance payment to confirm the booking. The advance amount and terms will be clearly communicated to you before you agree.
