Here's a straightforward look at how things work when you book with us — from the first message to the final wipe-down. No fine print, no confusing terms.

How Booking Works

You can request a cleaning service in two ways:

  • Website Form: Fill out the booking form on our website with your name, phone number, service needed, and preferred date. Our team will connect with you via WhatsApp or call to discuss details.
  • WhatsApp: Message us directly at +91-8989800189 with your requirements.

Submitting a form is a service inquiry. Your booking is confirmed only after we discuss the scope, share the final price, and you give us your approval.

Service Scope

The scope of work is discussed and agreed upon before every service. We clearly communicate what is included in the service so there are no surprises. If you need anything beyond the agreed scope during the service, please let us know — we will accommodate where possible and discuss any additional cost upfront.

Pricing Model

Our pricing is based on the specific requirements of each job. Factors that influence pricing include:

  • Type of cleaning service (regular, deep cleaning, kitchen, washroom, etc.)
  • Size and number of rooms or areas
  • Current condition of the space
  • Estimated time and effort required

The prices shown on our website are starting prices. The final price is always shared with you before we begin. No hidden charges.

Service Hours

Our cleaning services are available across Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad. Services can typically be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, though we try to accommodate specific timing requests when possible.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Once a booking is confirmed, we assign a helper and share their details with you. If you need to reschedule:

  • Notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time
  • We will do our best to find an alternative time or date
  • Rescheduling is subject to helper availability

What We Expect from You

To ensure a smooth service experience, we request that you:

  • Provide accurate details about the location and area to be cleaned
  • Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before the helper arrives
  • Make water and electricity available for the cleaning work
  • Be available on phone in case the helper needs to reach you

Quality Assurance

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with any part of the cleaning:

  • Let the helper know immediately so they can address it on the spot
  • If the issue persists, contact us via WhatsApp or call and we will work to resolve it

We take feedback seriously and use it to improve our team and processes.
