Helper Verification Process

Every cleaning professional in our network goes through a verification process before they are assigned to any customer. Our verification includes:

  • Identity Verification: We collect and verify government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card) from every helper
  • Address Verification: We verify the helper's residential address
  • Reference Check: We check references from previous employment or personal contacts where available
  • In-Person Assessment: We meet and assess each helper before adding them to our team

Helper Details Shared with You

Before the service, we share the assigned helper's details with you via WhatsApp, including:

  • Name of the cleaning helper
  • Photo for identification
  • Contact number (so you can coordinate for arrival)

This ensures you know exactly who is coming to your premises. You can verify their identity when they arrive.

Training and Standards

Our cleaning helpers are trained on:

  • Proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and areas
  • Safe use of cleaning products and equipment
  • Professional conduct and respect for customer property
  • Hygiene standards and personal cleanliness

During the Service

While our helpers are at your premises:

  • You are welcome to supervise or check in at any time
  • The helper will focus only on the agreed cleaning tasks
  • If any issue arises, you can contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone

Incident Reporting

If you experience any concern during or after a service — whether related to the helper's conduct, damage, or any safety issue — please report it to us immediately:

We take every report seriously and will investigate promptly. Appropriate action will be taken, which may include removing the helper from our network.

Your Responsibility

To support a safe and smooth experience, we recommend:

  • Secure cash, jewellery, and other high-value items before the service
  • Keep fragile or delicate items in a safe place
  • Inform us of any areas or items that require special care
  • Be available on phone during the service in case the helper needs guidance

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review feedback from customers about each helper. Helpers who consistently receive positive feedback are prioritized for assignments. Those who receive complaints are re-evaluated and may be removed from our network if issues persist.
