By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

About THE CLEANTEAM

THE CLEANTEAM is a brand operated by CLEANTEAM Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in New Delhi, India. Our registered office is at Ashirwad Complex, D-1, Madhok Apartments, Block H, Green Park Extension, Green Park, New Delhi, Delhi 110016. We provide professional cleaning services across Delhi, Noida, and Faridabad through trained and verified cleaning professionals who are part of our managed network.

Our Role

CLEANTEAM Private Limited acts as a service coordinator. We:

  • Receive and manage your cleaning service requests
  • Communicate with you to understand your requirements
  • Provide pricing based on your specific needs
  • Assign trained, verified cleaning helpers from our network
  • Coordinate and oversee service delivery

All cleaning helpers are part of our managed team. We are responsible for their coordination, training, and assignment.

Service Booking

Bookings can be made through our website form or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after:

  • We discuss your requirements and share the final price
  • You confirm the booking through WhatsApp or phone
  • We assign a cleaning helper and share their details with you

Submitting a form on our website is a service inquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are starting prices and are indicative only. The final price is determined based on your specific requirements — including the size of the space, condition, type of service, and estimated time. The final price will be communicated to you before the service is confirmed. There are no hidden charges.

Service Delivery

We make every effort to deliver services as discussed and agreed upon. However:

  • Service duration may vary based on the actual condition of the space
  • Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed as results depend on the condition and type of surfaces
  • We reserve the right to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise (we will notify you in advance)

Payment

Payment for services can be made through:

  • Online payment (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or payment gateway)
  • Cash payment directly to the helper after service completion

The payment method will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your requirements and location
  • Ensure safe access to the premises for our cleaning team
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning begins
  • Be present at the premises or arrange for authorized access

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to ensure quality service, CLEANTEAM Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
  • Damage to items not disclosed or secured before the service
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All content on THE CLEANTEAM website — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of CLEANTEAM Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services or these terms, we encourage you to first contact us directly at getconnect@thecleanteam.online to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts in New Delhi, India.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
